u Hold the flow cell (2) with one hand while lifting the lever (1) further up.
u Remove the flow cell.
u Flush the cell with pure solvent and rinse extensively.
u Reassemble the UV Detector module in reverse order to disassembly.
Follow­on tasks
u Purge the system and verify there is no baseline drift.

Preliminary tasks
u Purge the system with a suitable solvent (isopropanol).

Tasks
NOTE
Always clean all 4 check valves.
u Clean the check valves in a ultrasonic bath with methanol or acetone for
5 minutes.
