During a run a continuous collection into glass tubes will be performed.

During a run a collection above the threshold (2) will be performed. Elution be­
low the threshold is directed to the waste bottle. The collection time (3) depends
on the threshold adjustment, glass tube and peak size. The fraction collector
can split a peak to one or more glass tubes, depending of the tube volume.
