6.5 Equilibration and injection modes
u Choose an equilibration mode to condition the column before injection.

6.6 Make a liquid injection
The loading and injection can be done without stopping the pump.
u Fill a syringe with the volume of sample chosen and place it in the injection
adapter of the 6­way electrical valve.
• Keep the syringe on the adapter to avoid a leak of the sample.
u Fill the loop with the content of the syringe. If the quantity injected is
greater than the capacity of the loop, the surplus flows in the waste bottle.
• Default loop volume: 2 mL
u Create a new method to get access to the settings menu.
