u Select the solvent names (1) for the Low Elution Force (X) and for High
Elution Force (Y).
u Choose the eluent (A, B, C or D) from the drop down menu (2).
u Increase or decrease the value in the field (3).
u Press Continue.
u Type the weight of the sample into the field (1).
• Activate Display compatible columns only?
u Select a column from the drop down menu (2).
u Press Continue.
