File Open Data Current Method – opens the edition
of the current method, the method
currently edited graphically or the
method issued of the data currently
displayed on the screen.
Manual Method – opens the edition
of a manual method, brand new
method, which is basic at the open­
ing but easily modifiable manually
on main screen or in the tabbed
window.
Step Method – opens the edition of
a step method, brand new method
of which the interest is to disable lin­
ear gradients. During the time of
one step, the pump operates with
constant mobile phase composition
and constant flow rate.
Predefined Method – opens,
through a previous selection win­
dow, the edition of a predefined
method, which means a method al­
ready stored and classified in a spe­
cial folder.
Numbered Method – opens,
through a previous selection win­
dow, the edition of a numbered
method, which means a method al­
ready stored in the software mem­
ory (32 case table).
Method File – opens, through a pre­
vious selection window, the edition
of a method file which means a
method already stored in the com­
puter hard disk memory.
Sequence File – opens, through a
previous selection window, the edi­
tion of a sequence file which means
a sequence (series of methods) al­
ready stored in the computer hard
disk memory.
File Save Method Current Method ­ saves directly, af­
ter that modifications were being
done, the current method. Active
only if the method currently edited is
already stored (numbered method
or method file).
As Numbered Method – saves,
through the previous selection win­
dow of 32 cases, the current
method as a numbered method.
As File Method – saves, through the
Windows Explorer, the current
method as a method file.
