Elution Panel
Gradient Management Choose the way to manage the modifi­
cation of gradients during method edi­
tion, either clearly by displaying all gra­
dient curves (as usual), or differently
by enabling the displaying of an eluent
curve only if the previous one is at the
maximum (for instance, if B=90 % > C
is hidden, if B = 100 % > C becomes
visible and equals to 0 %)
Segments Management Choose the way to modify the current
method edited graphically, a click on a
curve creates a new point or moves
the whole segment
Flow Rate Management Choose the way to manage the flow
rate values of the steps located after
the step currently modified, keep their
previous values or follow the step mod­
ified
When Step Time changes Keep or offset the time of next steps
when the time of a previous step is
modi­ fied in the equilibration and elu­
tion tables (effective also for graphic
edition)
Gradient Mode Choose a linear or step default gradi­
ent mode; show or hide the button for
switching between a linear or step
mode in the elution panel
Detection Panel
Time Table Use Enable or disable the possibility to cre­
ate several steps in the detection panel
and modify the detector adjustments
during method execution
Signals Filters Enable or disable the possibility to
change the filters used for detector sig­
nals displayed on the screen
Collection Threshold Enable or disable the possibility to ad­
just the collection threshold in the
method edition
Collection Panel
Timetable Use Enable or disable the possibility to cre­
ate several steps in the collection
panel and modify the collection param­
eters during method execution
Local Minimum Enable or disable the possibility to se­
lect the Local Minimum feature in the
method edition
Collection Mode Enable or disable the possibility to
choose the collection mode in the
method edition
Report Components
TLC picture Show or hide the TLC in the report
