NOTICE
Risk of flow cell window damage.
Touching the flow cell windows with bare hands can damage the surface of the
cell window.
u
Wear protective gloves.
u
Remove both flow cell windows (4).
u
Remove all PTFE seals (5).
u
Reassemble the flow cell in reverse order to the disassembly.
u
Depending on the required thickness of the liquid layer, the installation of
the flow cell windows can be changed.
u
The optical path can be increased by using the installation positions (b) or
(c).
• Default installation position is (a).
Followon tasks
u
Check the cell for any impurities (dust, hairs) using a magnifier.
• Any impurity within the cell will increase the signal noise.
u
Install the flow cell according the following task:
