Loss of power
If power is interrupted to the HCS:
• Ensure the power cord is plugged in to the proper wall receptacle
• Ensure that the machine power is switched “On”
• Ensure that the Ground Fault Indicator is in the “On” position
• If the power has not been restored by checking the above items, then call for service
049 941 UI indicates the Stacker Cart
and/or Tray needs to be reset 1. Press the Unload button. The Wait light
blinks until the Stacker Tray has reached the
down position.
2. When the Stacker Tray has reached the
down position, open the front door.
3. Position the Stacker Cart securely into the
HCS.
4. Close the front door.
049 945 The UI displays a message
indicating that the Top Tray is
full. Remove all the paper from the Top Tray.
049 960 Message on machine UI states
that the Stacker Tray needs to
be empty before reaching its
full capacity. • Empty the Stacker Tray.
• Check the output at the for paper curl
exceeding 1 in./25.4 mm.
• If the paper curl on the output exceeds
1 in./25.4 mm, adjust the paper curl at
the Interface Module; refer to page
page 9-20
for specific instructions.

049 972 The UI displays the following
message, “Take out the paper
stack.” 1. Press the Unload button. The Wait light
blinks until the Stacker Tray has reached the
down position.
2. When the Stacker Tray has reached the
down position, open the front door.
3. Remove the Stacker Cart.
4. Remove all the stacked paper.
5. Position the Stacker Cart securely into the
HCS.
6. Close the front door.
7. Power off, then power on
