Media Pickup Rollers in Trays 1–4
We recommend that you do not clean elsewhere (except the media pickup
rollers mentioned above) inside the printer, such as the media separator
rollers. If necessary, refer to the Service & Support Guide on the
Documentation CD-ROM for a KONICA MINOLTA-authorized service
provider near you.
External Cleaning
WARNING!
Turn off the printer, unplug the power cord, and disconnect all interface
cables before cleaning. Do not spill water or detergent into the printer;
otherwise, the printer will be damaged and an electric shock may occur.
If dust and paper scraps remain on the outside of the printer, printer
performance and print quality will suffer, so the printer should be cleaned
periodically. Keep the following guidelines in mind.
