From the main menu, select [Of-
fice], then [OpenOffice.org
Printer Setup].
The printer Administration dia-
log box appears.

Click [New Printer].
The Add Printer dialog box ap-
pears.

Check that Add a printer is se-
lected, and then click [Next].
– Depending on the applica-
tion that is used, the button
may be displayed in gray-
ing-out.
The printer selection list ap-
pears.

Click [Import].
Driver Installation dialog box appears.

Enter /usr/share/cups/model/ in the driver directory and then click
[Browse].

Click [Select] from Select path windows.

In the Selection of drivers list, select “KONICA MINOLTA 1200
OpenOffice PPD”.

Click [OK].

Select “KONICA MINOLTA 1200 OpenOffice PPD” (KO1200opn.ppd),
and then click [Next].
