10.3 Custom Paper Size (Page Setup window)
Selects [Custom Paper Size] on the [Settings] pop-up menu (OS 10.3) or se-
lect [Custom Size] on the [Paper Size] pop-up menu in the [Page Setup] win-
dow(OS 10.4/10.5).

You can register a new Custom Paper Size.
In case of OS v10.4/v10.5, click [+] to create the custom page size.
Paper Size
