Output Method - Wait Mode/Proof and Print/Proof and Print (1st sheet)
Outputs the test print and checks the current setting from the control panel
of copier. Use this when printing a large volume document, such as multiple
sets of pages.

Open the file to be printed and select [File] - [Print] of application.

Select [Security] from pop-up menu.

Select [Wait Mode], [Proof and Print] or [Proof and Print (1st sheet)] in
the [Output Method].

Select [Wait Mode] to wait before printing the document to check
the current setting from the control panel of copier.

Select [Proof and Print] to print the one copy as a test to check the
output and the current setting from the control panel of copier.

Select [Proof and Print (1st sheet)] if you want to print only the first
page for checking the current setting.

Click [Print] to perform printing from the application.

When the [Wait Mode] is selected, it stops without being printed.

When the [Proof and Print] is selected, only one part is printed and
it stops.

Select [Proof and Print (1st sheet)] if you want to print only the first
page for checking the current setting.
The copier is stopped temporarily and the Mode Check screen is dis-
played.

Confirm the current settings.

If you do not change any setting,
proceed to the step 8.

Click [Suspended] to move the
JOB to [Suspend] in the JOB
list.

When [Proof and Print] is select-
ed, only one set is printed and it
stops.
–
If [Proof and Print (1st sheet)] is
clicked, only the first page is printed and the copier is stopped tem-
porarily.

If necessary, select the item and change settings.

Press [OK].
The Mode Check screen will be restored.
