Hangouts
Hangouts is a free web-based application for instant
messaging offered by Google.
For more information, refer to “Hangouts” on page 79.
Ⅲ From the Apps screen, touch Hangouts.
Help
Use Help to read or view brief instructions or videos on how
to use the features and settings available with your phone.
1. From the Apps screen, touch Help.
The Help screen appears.
2. Select a topic from the menu.
3. Read or view the selected topic information.
Internet
The Internet application is your access to the mobile web.
This section explains how to navigate the browser and
introduces you to the basic features.
To access the browser:
Ⅲ From the Apps screen, touch Internet .
The mobile home page displays.
Navigating with the Browser
1. To select an item, touch an entry.
2. To scroll through a website, sweep the screen with
your finger in an up or down motion.
3. Sweep the screen left to right to move laterally across
a web page.
4. To return to a previous page, touch .
5. To move forward to a web page, touch .
Browser Options
Ⅲ From any web page, touch Menu to access your
browser options.
Enter a URL
You can access a website quickly by entering the URL.
Websites are optimized for viewing on your phone.
To enter a URL and go to a particular website, follow these
steps:
1. Touch the URL field at the top of the screen .
2. Enter the URL using the on-screen keyboard and
touch Go.
The website displays.
