Setting Up the Systems for Bidirectional Remote Copy

In bidirectional Remote Copy, the backup system (for example, System2) also contains primary
volume groups and therefore is also considered a primary system for the purposes of the primary
volume groups it contains.

Verify that unidirectional 1-to-1 Remote Copy is already set up.

If a unidirectional 1-to-1 configuration is already set up, proceed to

“Creating Volume Groups

for Bidirectional Remote Copy” (page 78)
