Verifying Virtual Volumes Are Created for Remote Copy

1.

Before you create volume groups, ensure that virtual volumes already exist on all three storage
systems.

2.

If volumes don’t yet exist, create them using the standard volume-creation commands. For
more information on these commands, see the HP 3PAR InForm OS CLI Administrator’s Manual.

3.

Ensure the virtual volumes meant for Remote Copy use adhere to the rules for Remote Copy
virtual volumes.
