Description
PCI_ERR_OPEN_INS_FAILED
Could not succeed to initiate communications with the selected instrument.
Description
The OpenInstrument() function can be used only after you initiate communication with your
instruments using the function FindInstrument(). This function enables communication and
assigns a handle to specific device number. For example, if you want to use device number
2, set the value of hInstr to 1. Likewise, if you want to use device number 8, set the value of
hInstr to 7.
