LOOP DETECTOR

– Sensor contact plates alert that the
vehicle has entered the scale, and also
that it is leaving.
14. Select the correct Loop Detector.
– Extra
LOOP
choices (i.e. 3- Loop, 4-
Loop
) appear when the optional Digital
Relay Card (

is added to the
Instrument.

ZERO ON APPROACH
Control button.
– Only when the scale is on
ZERO (0)
with
the light change to green and let the
driver advance.

will NOT allow a
weighment to be processed if a loop detector is “active”.
– This ensures that a truck is fully scale-borne before a weight can be
processed. Trucks which are in succession cannot stop on the top of the
loops, or the weighment transaction will discontinue.
OR

NO
to allow a transactions to be processed, even if a the vehicle
is still detected at the loop.
18. Select the
COMPLETE CYCLE
Control
button.
– Only when the entire weighment process
is complete, and the ticket is available for
the driver, will the light change to green,
letting the vehicle advance.
