the last three pairs of the MAC address;
for example,

X8* = The number of seconds before
a timeout on IP connections 1 - 65000 seconds
30 (300 seconds) = default
If no data is received during the
timeout period, the Ethernet connection
is closed. Each step is 10 seconds.
This is applicable to Ethernet only.
When the unit is connected via
RS-232 or RS-422, only the global
timeout commands apply. Response is
returned with leading zeros.
