Unable to start Windows Time
Service. Time Synchronization

Logged by HMI on startup if it is not able to
start the Windows Time Service during
initialization of the time service routines. This
impacts only HMI synchronization, CPUs may
be correctly synchronized.
May be due to the operating system
permissions on the HMI. Login to the
computer as an administrator, navigate to
the time sync screen and toggle the Sync
HMI checkbox. See chapter 5.5 in DEH-430
the System Administrator’s manual for
troubleshooting
Caution: Unable to stop
Windows Time Service
Logged by HMI on shutdown if it is not able to
stop the Windows Time Service. Attempt to
stop Time service is performed only if it was
not running previously before starting HMI
