13.2 Setup
To set up an alarm
1. On the Main Menu, click User Settings, and then click Alarms
2. On the Alarms screen, click the Alarms Setup tab
The Alarms Setup tab of the Alarms screen is shown in Figure 13-1

To create an alarm, click a row in the Alarms list and select the condition to be monitored from
the drop-down menu then select the source.
Up to 24 individual conditions may be selected, along with the desired e-mail notification
recipients for that condition. As seen in the Alarms list, an Alarm can be a specific condition at a
particular circuit breaker location or a general condition across any of the circuit breakers.
The Send to GE check box is used in conjunction with the optional service and maintenance
contracts available through GE’s Service Facilities. Please contact your local GE sales
representative for more information about this service.
