14. Macintosh Networks (AppleTalk)
Before you start
To enable 100BaseT or a Token Ring interface, refer to Chapter 2
How to Connect to Ethernet or Token Ring Networks to
configure the Speed and Source Routing settings for your
environment.
This procedure assumes you have Macintosh computers equipped
with an Ethernet card or Token Ring card that is connected to the
network and you are currently printing using the AppleTalk
protocol.
As part of the procedure in this section you will need to know the
following information, the AppleTalk Name you wish to assign to
your printer, and the AppleTalk Zone (if used) in which your printer
will reside.
