Template Pool Setup
A template pool is a directory location on a network file server
where scan distribution templates are stored.
To specify template pool setup settings for TCP/IP:
1.
Open your Web browser and enter the TCP/IP address of the
Document Centre in the Address or Location field.
2.
Click the Properties tab or click Properties in the directory
tree.
3.
Select Services, then select Distribution Templates in the
directory tree.
4.
Select Template Pool Setup in the directory tree.
5.
Select TCP/IP for Protocols.
6.
Type the IP address for the repository server in File Server IP
Address.
7.
Type the path for the repository in Directory Path.
8.
Type the Login Name and Password for the repository.
Retype the password to verify it in Retype Password.
9.
Click Apply New Settings to accept the changes or Restore
Settings to return the settings to their previous values.
