Problem Solving
This section poses some simple solutions to common Internet
Services problems. If you are having trouble running Internet
Services, the following questions and answers may help you
resolve the problem.

Are you using the correct browser version? You should be
using Netscape Navigator or Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.x
and higher.
•
Did you enter the correct IP address for the Document
Centre in your browser? Go to the Document Centre control
panel and check the IP address to make sure the IP addresses
match.
