Description
Description contains information that identifies a specific
Document Centre model, name, and physical location.
To set identification for the Document Centre:
1. Click the Properties tab or click Properties in the directory
tree.
2. Select Description in the directory tree.
3. Type the name of the Document Centre in Machine Name.
4. Type the site location for the Document Centre in Location.
5. Click Apply New Settings to accept the changes or Restore
Settings to return the settings to their previous values
