Purpose:
When PAM is "1", the port A pins are set as a general-purpose port; when PAM is "0", the
port A pins are set as address pins.
When PAPU is "1", the port A pins are pulled up.
Note : The setting of PAPU that pulls up (or does not pull up ) the port A pins can be made regardless
of the value of PAM.
