Metadata Direct Routing
Building on the sample of Figure 6-14, we next insert metadata at the output. In this case, a
Dolby E encoder is added to the configuration. It is fed by external metadata from a serial RS-
485 communication port. However, the metadata could equally have come from any other
metadata source.
