There are two video processing paths, program and preview. Each includes 5 downstream
keyers (DSKs). The preview output and inputs, as they are called in Imagestore 750 terminology,
are called the preset output and inputs at the control panels. An A/B mixer combines preset video
and program video according to the selected transition type and rate, and according to config-
ured transition modes.
The configuration tool allows you a nearly infinite number of ways to connect audio compo-
nents. Only a few of those ways (similar to what is shown in Figure 2-4) are useful in the master
control system.
