Job Control Menu
The items available in the Job Control Menu can also be changed through
software applications if an appropriate printer driver is installed.
Job Control Menu Items Item Choices Action Required
CANCEL JOB None Press [Item] to display alternate menu items.
Press [Select] to cancel Job.
Printer displays:
STOPPING
CHECK LAST PAGE
When printer stops printing it displays:
PRESS SELECT TO CANCEL JOB
Press [Select] again.
Printer displays CANCELLING JOB until all data for
current job has been processed. Can take up to
5 minutes to cancel job.
Printer returns to READY when finished.
PRESS SELECT TO
FORMFEED None Press [Item] to display alternate menu items.
Press [Select] to activate formfeed.
Printer returns to READY when finished.
