139. Install the EVAP solenoid removed in
the previous step on to the new LPE-supplied
bracket. Using a 12mm socket and a bolt
supplied in the Edelbrock kit, bolt the solenoid
assembly to the back of the tensioner bracket.
140. Remove the PCV valve from the stock
hose. Inspect the valve to make sure that it
functions properly.
141. Install the good PCV valve (or new valve
if the stock valve does not function properly) into
the grommet on the rear of the driver-side valve
cover.
142. Using a pair of pliers, remove the clamp
and brake booster check valve from the stock
hose.
