107. Using a 16mm wrench, re-install the power
steering line to the steering rack and torque to 15
ft-lbs.
108. Remove the GM flywheel holding tool.
109. Using a 10mm socket, re-install the starter
shield and torque to 89 in-lbs.
110. Using a 13mm socket, tighten the two
bolts to re-install the starter. Torque the bolts to
30 ft-lbs.
