The gap between the existing chapter breaks is
too small to insert another break.

Explanation
Backlight compensation: Exposure compensation to prevent the problem
of backlighting, which refers to the effect of the subject becoming
dark when a large amount of light enters the lens.
Chapter: Creating chapters for each scene or segment in a video allows
you to, for example, skip to the beginning of a particular scene or
segment during playback.
Dolby Digital: An audio compression format that supports the multi-
channel surround sound developed by Dolby Laboratories, Inc. in
the U.S. Because this format allows audio to be compressed while
minimizing the loss of sound quality, it allows the creation of DVD
video with high-quality audio and videos. Generally referred to as
“Dolby Digital 5.1” or “5.1 Surround”.
