Turning Off the Key Operation Tone
This feature allows you to turn off the camera’s startup tone, shutdown tone
and key operation tone so that you can use the camera without making a
noise.
1. From the setup menu (
p.36), select [SOUND].
Use the jog dial to select [SOUND] and then press the OK ( ) button.
2. Select [OFF].
Using the jog dial to select [OFF] and pressing the OK ( ) button
confirms the selected setting and returns you to the setup menu.
To cancel the setting, press the MENU button.
ON: The camera emits the startup, shutdown and key operation
tones.
OFF: The camera emits no tones.
