I can’t shoot
images.
The recording
destination drive is
damaged.
Use another SD card.
Change the destination
drive.
If the hard disk drive is
damaged, consult the
Toshiba Customer
Service Department or
Toshiba Customer
Support Department.

You tried to shoot while
the camera was still
preparing to shoot
(during startup,
recording or flash
charging).
Wait until preparation is
completed before trying
to shoot.

The flash
does not fire.
The flash is set to
[SUPPRESSED
FLASH].
Set the flash to a
different setting.
The flash is set to
[AUTO] or [RED-EYE
REDUCTION], but the
flash does not fire
because the
surroundings are too
bright.
Set the flash to
[FORCED FLASH].
In the [AUTO] and [RED-
EYE REDUCTION]
settings, the flash does
not fire in bright
situations.
The scene setting is
[LANDSCAPE],
[SPORTS] or
[SUNSET].
Select a different scene
setting (not
[LANDSCAPE],
[SPORTS] or
[SUNSET]).
You shot a still image
during video recording.
You cannot use the flash
when shooting still
images during video
recording.
Continuous recording
is set to
[CONTINUOUS
RECORDING].
Select the [1 SHOT]
continuous recording
setting.
