Setting the Image Output Terminal
Use this procedure to set the terminal used when the camera outputs
images to video equipment.
1. From the setup menu (
p.36), select [IMAGE OUTPUT TERMINAL].
Use the jog dial to select [IMAGE OUTPUT TERMINAL] and then press
the OK ( ) button.
2. Set the output terminal.
Use the jog dial to select the output terminal and then press the OK ( )
button.
MEMO
If you quick start the camera by pressing the REC button in standby
mode, it automatically starts recording video once it has started up.
AUTO: Outputs video signals to the connected terminal with
the highest priority.*
HDMI: Outputs video signals to the HDMI output terminal.
COMPONENT: Outputs video signals to the component video
terminal.
AV/S: Outputs video signals to the A/V OUT terminal.
* The priority is as follows: HDMI output terminal > Component video
terminal > A/V OUT terminal
