3-1-3-1 Detail Pane
To access the Detail pane (see Figure 3-13), select a row in the Status list of the Status tab, right-click, then select
the Detail command (refer to Figure 3-12).

The Detail pane includes the following information:
• Reference Code
• Error Level
• Status
• Date and time the error occurred
• Error Section
• Error Detail
• Number of this error and number of total errors (in the above example, this is number 2 of 3)
• The Previous button displays information for the preceding row.
• The Next button displays information for the following row.
Table 3-1 Severity Levels and Icons

1 Good No error occurs and the status is good.
2 Service
3 Moderate
Service and Moderate do not require immediate attention and are addressed during
routine maintenance.
4 Serious
5 Acute
Contact your HP account support representative.
Once the status becomes other than Good, all SIMs must be completed (resolved) from the SVP to restore the
status to Good. Contact your HP account support representative for assistance.
An icon is displayed at the upper left of the XP Remote Web Console main pane (refer to Figure 3-1) to
indicate the error level on the controller (DKC) or the disk array (DKU).
