The prerequisites have not been met

Verify that the prerequisites listed in the online help have been met.

Retry the create network operation.

• The VLAN ID is in the range of valid integers (2 through 4092).
• The network name is unique.
• The network bandwidth is within the range indicated by the UI. The preferred bandwidth
must be less than the maximum bandwidth.
