Start Test Mode Initiates the meter test mode This option is used to increase the test sampling rate of the meter when
testing E-Series meters at ultra-low flow rates
Refer to the E-Series Testing considerations Application Brief, which can be found at
www.badgermeter.com , for operating instructions
Clear Flags Clears any status indicators on the E-Series meter:
•
Meter Alarm
• Reverse Flow
• Suspected Leak
• 30 Day No Usage
• End of Life (battery indicator)
NOTE: N This function clears the status indicator(s) on the meter only This function is typically used in
troubleshooting The status indicator will display again if the condition reoccurs after
it is cleared
1 With the IR cable connected to the handheld, align the optical head of the IR cable with the E-Series IR LED port
2 Then tap the button for the function you desire
When finished using the E-Series Ultrasonic functions, tap the Menu button to choose another ORION Endpoint Utility option
or exit the software
