Security
This pane shows data related to the Chatter™ Data
Logger. The data is only available when your PC is
connected to the Chatter™ Data Logger with a USB-
cable
See below for a detailed description of each part in this
pane.
Password protect USB
Select between No and Yes.
If you select Yes, the current configuration is protected against changes by the password
Password protect modem
Select between No and Yes.
If you select Yes, the modem and call list part of the current configuration is protected against changes by
the password.

Enter a password if you want to protect either the entire configuration or the the modem and call list
settings only.
The password can only contains numbers.
Leading zeroes are stripped from the password. If you are using 012345 as the password, the
password will be truncated to 12345
