Locale settings
This pane shows data related to the Chatter™ Data
Logger. The data is only available when your PC is
connected to the Chatter™ Data Logger with a USB-
cable
See below for a detailed description of each part in this
pane.
Use 24 hour clock?
The Chatter™ Data Loggers internal clock may display the time in either of these formats:
24 hour: HH:MM:SS, an example is 18:45:30
12 hour: HH:MM:SS, an example is 6:45:30
Decimal delimiter
Select between a comma and a decimal point.
Comma: 12,34
Decimal point: 12.34
Time synchronization
Select between two different methods of time synchronization:.
GSM Network Sync or Server sync. This setting tries to synchronize first with the GSM network, then
with the server this Chatter™ Data Logger is delivering data to.
Only server sync. When you are using this, the Chatter™ Data Logger only synchronizes time settings
with the server it is delivering data to
