H8163 Series Energy Meter with H8163-CB Modbus Communication Board
The H8163 Series has 54 data objects and operates at 9600 or 19200 baud. All Date/Time values (AI39-47 & AV5-7) for the H8163 are float representations of hexadecimal data
with two values packed into each word, one in the lower byte (LSB) and one in the upper byte (MSB). Convert these values externally.
