Use the
Hardware
menu to access status information for power supplies, device
temperatures, and clock operation.

18.1
Power supplies
The
Power Supplies
menu item displays power supply parameters for the different power
supplies used by the device. OMS self-monitors the power used and if it finds any power
levels outside the recommended operating conditions, an alarm generates.
–
If the power is within the normal operating range, the entry shows in green (Normal).
–
If the power is outside the normal operating range, but not in the alarm state, the entry
shows in yellow (Marginal).
–
If the power is outside the marginal operating range, the value shows in red (Alarm).

Supply Field
The
Supply
field displays the different power supply voltages.
Voltages include: 5.0 V, 3.3 V, and 24 V.
Voltage Field
The
Voltage
field displays the latest voltage reading.
Min Field
The
Min
field displays the minimum voltage the power supply has recorded.
This value resets at reboot.
Max Field
The
Max
field displays the maximum voltage the power supply has recorded.
This value resets at reboot.
Current Field
The
Current
field displays the latest current reading.
Min Field
The
Min
field displays the minimum current recorded on the power supply.
This value resets at reboot.
