Configuration | Local Keypanel menu

Use the

Local Keypanel

menu to access key options, auto dial, panel swap, page change, call

waiting window, and display option configuration pages.

Key options

Use the

Key Options

menu to configure key operation options for Solo keys, Exclusive keys,

and Auto Dial.

Solo Keys
Solo

gives the user the ability to set up a single key on the device that causes all other keys to

turn off when activated. However, when the solo key releases, the keys turned off by the solo
key turn back on.
The device allows only one solo key assignment
To assign a solo key to the device, do the following:
1.

Navigate to the

Configuration icon

.

2.

Click the

ENC2 encoder knob

.

3.

Navigate to the

Local Keypanel icon

.

4.

Click the

ENC2 encoder knob

.

5.

Navigate to the

Key Options icon

.

6.

Click the

ENC2 encoder knob

.

7.

Turn the

ENC2 encoder knob

to move the focus to Solo.

8.

Click the

ENC2 encoder knob

.

9.

Tap the desired

talk key

to assign the solo key option.

The key tile highlights with a red bar indicating which key is configured with the solo key
option.

Exclusive Keys
Exclusive

gives the user the ability to set up keys that cause other exclusive keys to turn off

when activated. Unlike the solo option, when the exclusive key is released, the other exclusive
keys turned off by the exclusive key do not turn back on.
The device allows multiple exclusive keys.
To

assign an exclusive key on the device

, do the following:

1.

Navigate to the

Configuration icon

.

2.

Click the

ENC2 encoder knob

.

3.

Navigate to the

Local Keypanel icon

.

4.

Click the

ENC2 encoder knob

.

5.

Navigate to the

Key Options icon
