6 Focus the circle artifact image at the new magnification.
7 Measure the circle artifact at the new magnification, and enter the X
and Y positions of the new circle feature shown in the DRO into the Par-
centric Offset X and Y fields of the Magnification setup screen.
8 Repeat steps 5 through 7 for the remaining magnifications.
