Software Updates and File Maintenance
Performing File Maintenance
1. Open the Tools menu and select the File Maintenance icon in the Computer Menu.
2. If the connected drive has not previously been used to transfer job files from the Envizio Pro or
Envizio Pro II, touch the icon along the right side of the screen to setup the required file structure.
For more information regarding the file structure on the USB drive, refer to the File Structure section on
page 143.
3. Select the type of file on which the file maintenance operation will be performed.
