A forward-facing chUd seat (C-E) provides nestraint for
ihe child's body with the harness and also sormelinnes
with surfaces such as T-shaped or shelf-li«e shields.

A booster seat (F-G) is a child restraint desigred to
improve ihe fit of ihe vehitie's safety belt system. Some
booeter seats have a shoulder beJl posihonerr and

some high’back booster seats have a live-point harness.
A booster seat can also help a child to see out the
window.
