Raying the Radio
PWR JPower): Press Ihis knob to turn the syslem on
and oiF
VOL (Volume}: Turn this Knob lo increase or to
decree so volume.
AUTO VOL (Autampbc Volume}: With automatic
volume, your audio sysiem adjusts aulomatically
to make up for road and irtrind noise as you drive.
Set the volume at the desired level. Press this button la
select LOW, MEDIUM or HIGH. AVOL will appear on
tha display. Eadi higher setting will allow lor more
volume compensation at lastsf vehicle speeds. Than as
ynu drive, automatic volume increasas the volume as
necessary to overcome noise at any speed. The volume
level should always sound Itie same to you as you
drive. NONE will appear on I he display it ihe radio
cannot delemiine the vehicle speed. If you don't wanl to
use automatic volume, select OFF,
OISP (Display): Push this knob to switch Ihe display
between radio station frequency and time. Tinrie display
IS available with the ignition turned off
For RDS. push ihis knob to change whal appears on
the (lispfay while using RDS. The display optioris
are station name, RDS station irequency, PTY and ihe
name oi the program (if available).
To change the default on Ihe display, push this knob
unbl you see lhe display you want, than hold Ihe Knob
Гог two seconds. The radio will produce one beep
and selected display will now be ton dolaull.
