Pas&lock®' Is a passive thafl-dgterren[ sysiem.
Passlock* enables fuel 1Г the Ignition lock cylincier Is
turned with a valid key. It a correct key is not used orthg
rgnltion lock cylincfg/ is taimperad with, fuel is disabled.
During nornnaF nporation, the SECURITY light will
go off approifimately five seconds after the key is turned
to RUM.
It the engjrre stalls and the SECURITY light flashes,
*ai! until the light stops flashing before iryiftg to restart
the erigine. Remember lo release the key frorn
START as soon as the engine slarls.
If The engine h running and the SECURITY light comes
on, you will be able to restart Ihe engine if you turn
The engine off. However, your Passlock'^ system rs not
working properly and must he serviced by your
dealer. Your vehicle is not prolecled by Passlock® at
this time. You may also warit to check the fuse.
