How to Check Lubricant
To get an accurate reading, the vehicle should be on a
level surface.
If the level is below the
botloin of Uie filler pitig
hole, you may need to add
some lubricant.
When the difterential Is cold, add enough lubricant to
raise the leva! to Sif'S inch (1Q mm) below the filler
plug hole,
When the dllferential is at operating temperature
(warrri), add enough lubricant lo raise Ihe level to the
bortorm oi the iiiier plug hole
