Tight closing with manipulated variable (see Fig. 4-6)
With this function the valve can be moved to its seat with maximum
actuating power (maintained contact of the piezovalves). The tight clo-
sing function can be activating on one side only or for both end posi-
tions. YCLS is activated when the setpoint is below 0.5 % or above
99.5% of the setpoint flow.
As the setpoint range refers to 0 – 100 % with YA and YE, the activa-
tion point of the tight closing function with reference to the flow can be
set lower with YA and higher with YE.
