(3) Event Counter Mode
In
this
mode,
events
are
counted
on
the
edge
of
the
TCI
pin
input.
Either
the
rising
or
falling
edge
can
be
selected
with
INT2ES
in
EINTCR.
The
contents
of
TREG1A
are
compared
with
the
contents
of
up-counter.
If
a
match
is
found,
an
INTTC1
interrupt
is
generated,
and
the
counter
is
cleared.
Counting
up
resumes
after
the
counter
is
cleared.
The
maximum
applied
frequency
is
fc/24
[Hz]
in
NORMAL1/2 or IDLE1/2 mode and
fs/24
[Hz] in SLOW or SLEEP mode.
Setting
SCAP1
to
"1"
transferres
the
current
contents
of
up-counter
to
TREG1B
(software
capture
function). SCAP is automatically cleared after capturing.
